Job Description

Our growing e commerce business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

Also the successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Job functions

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Assist with placement of orders, returns, or exchanges
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Also, Managing all social media channels.( Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber, ext )
  • Cross-sell and up-sell related products depending on the customers’ requirements.


  • Advanced Diploma/Equivalent qualification or 1+ years’ experience in Customer service or a related industry.
  • Great IT skills – Excel, Gmail, Internet.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
